Description

A smooth and creamy jalapeno sauce, perfect for dipping or as a condiment. Similar flavor to Taco Bell’s sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons diced pickled jalapenos
  • 2 tablespoons juice from jar of pickled jalapenos
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. For a smooth sauce, add all of the ingredients to a small blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Place in the fridge to let the flavors meld for at least 30 minutes for the best results, but you can definitely enjoy right away.
  3. For a chunkier sauce, add everything to a small bowl and stir well to combine.
  4. Store in a covered dish or mason jar and store in the fridge for up to 5 days. The mixture will thicken a bit and become spicier as it sits.
