Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup if using. Mix well.
- In glass cups, layer the yogurt mixture, followed by a layer of blueberries, and then a layer of granola.
- Repeat the layers until the cups are full, finishing with a layer of blueberries on top.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
