Description

Delicious baked sliders filled with prosciutto and cheese, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 12 count slider buns (sweet Hawaiian rolls work well)
  • 8 oz prosciutto (thinly sliced)
  • 8 oz cheese (swiss or mozzarella)
  • 4 tbsp butter (melted for brushing)
  • 1 tbsp herbs (fresh thyme or parsley optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and layer the prosciutto and cheese between each bun.
  3. Brush the tops of the assembled sliders with melted butter mixed with herbs.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 15–20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
