Description
A delicious and hearty dish made with refrigerated biscuits and homemade sausage gravy, perfect for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients

- 1 (8-count) can of refrigerated biscuits
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Spray your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and place half into the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned. Do not drain.
- Sprinkle flour over the sausage and stir until combined.
- Slowly pour in milk while stirring to make the gravy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the gravy until it thickens, about 3–5 minutes.
- Pour the gravy over the biscuits in the crockpot.
- Top with the remaining biscuit pieces.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or until biscuits are cooked through.
Notes
- This dish is best served warm and can be garnished with additional black pepper if desired.
