  • 4 ounces blue cheese
  • 1 box crackers (variety of shapes)
  • 8 slices bread
  • 8 breadsticks
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 apple (sliced)
  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 cup olives
  • 1 cup pickles
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup jam
  • 1 bunch fresh rosemary (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cover your table with butcher paper or parchment paper.
  2. Place small bowls across the table for olives, nuts, honey, mustard, jam, and pickles.
  3. Anchor the table with large cheese blocks spaced evenly apart.
  4. Fold or roll meats into clusters and place them around the cheeses.
  5. Add crackers, bread slices, and breadsticks near the meats and cheeses.
  6. Fill empty spaces with fruit like grapes, strawberries, apple slices, and dried apricots.
  7. Scatter nuts and smaller items to fill gaps and create abundance.
  8. Garnish with fresh rosemary for visual impact.
