Instructions
- Make the Batter
Whisk flour and eggs until smooth. Gradually add milk and melted butter, mixing until pourable. - Rest the Batter
Let the batter rest for 20 minutes to improve flexibility. - Cook the Crepes
Pour batter into a warm non-stick pan, swirl thinly, and cook until set. Flip briefly. - Spread the Nutella
Warm Nutella slightly and spread a thin layer over each crepe. - Roll the Crepes
Roll gently but tightly to form neat Nutella crepe rolls. - Finish and Serve
Add a light chocolate drizzle if desired and serve warm or at room temperature.
