- 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss carrots with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until tender and golden, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan while still hot.
