- 2 tubes refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz each)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 can (21 oz) raspberry pie filling
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons milk or heavy cream
Instructions
- Prepare the Crescent Base
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment. Arrange crescent triangles in a circle with wide ends overlapping in the center. - Make the Cream Cheese Filling
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in almond extract. - Add the Fillings
Spoon raspberry filling over the center of the dough. Drop cream cheese mixture evenly on top. - Form the Ring
Fold pointed ends of dough over the filling and tuck underneath. - Bake
Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely. - Glaze and Serve
Whisk powdered sugar with milk or cream. Drizzle over cooled ring, slice, and serve.
