Description
Delicious chocolate-covered caramel clusters made with chewy caramels, mini marshmallows, and almonds.
Ingredients

- 2 bags Werther’s Original Chewy Caramels
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup almonds, (coarsely chopped)
- 16 ounces H-E-B Chocolate Candy Coating, (or your favorite melting chocolate)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 275 degrees and line (2) baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Cut each caramel into 3 pieces.
- Place a little bit of almonds, marshmallow, and a couple pieces of caramel in a pile on the baking sheet.
- Fill the baking sheet with little piles of nuts, marshmallows, and caramels.
- Place in the oven and bake just until the caramel starts to melt.
- Remove from the oven and once cool enough to handle, make sure all of the ingredients are stuck together, and place back on the baking sheet.
- Once all the clusters are formed, melt chocolate according to package directions.
- Place a couple clusters at a time into the chocolate.
- Completely cover each cluster with chocolate and place on the baking sheet.
- Repeat until all the clusters are coated.
- Let the chocolate set up and enjoy!
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Experiment with different types of nuts or additions for variety.
