Description
A delicious and easy treat made with pretzels, Rolo candies, and white chocolate.
Ingredients
Scale
- 48 pretzel snaps
- 12 oz white baking chips or melts
- 24 Rolo Caramels candy
- Sprinkles of choice according to party occasion
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone liner.
- Lay out as many pretzel snaps as you want candy bar bites.
- Top each pretzel with your mini Rolo.
- Place cookie sheet in the oven and bake Rolo/pretzels for 3 to 4 minutes until the chocolate is melted, but they still hold their shape.
- Remove from oven and top each candy Rolo with another pretzel. Let pretzel bites cool completely till the chocolate is set.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second increments, until completely melted and smooth.
- Dip the pretzels half way into the melted white chocolate and place them back on the baking sheet.
- After every 4 or 5 pretzels being dipped, top them with sprinkles evenly.
- Let white chocolate set until firm. (For quicker results, place tray of treats in fridge for 5-10 minutes for quick chocolate setting on caramel pretzel treats!)
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for best freshness.
- Customize with different types of sprinkles for different occasions.
- Make sure to not overbake the pretzels to maintain their shape.
